Dan Arcamone is an American jazz guitarist, composer, and educator from Norwalk, Connecticut, celebrated for a dynamic, harmonically rich style that blends modern jazz, fusion, rock, and improvisational elements into an expressive and individual voice. A longstanding artist on the Artists Recording Collective label, he has released numerous acclaimed albums—including In Motion, Psalm, and his ongoing Standards series—while performing and recording with notable musicians such as Steve Pruitt, Tony Grey, John Stowell, Panagiotis Andreou, and Kenny Grohowski. Arcamone’s work is marked by technical precision, adventurous arrangements of both jazz and non-jazz repertoire, and a commitment to creative exploration; he is also an active educator and author, publishing instructional books and composition collections that reflect his deep musical insight.
